Sweets

I am passionate about cooking because it is my stress buster. As I love sweets very much I often prepare them and serve to my family. Most of the sweets which I love to prepare are:

PAYASAM:
Payasam is one dessert which is everyones favourite. It is savoured in South regardless of age and culture.

BOORELU:
These are symbolic of joy and festivities.

GULAB JAMUN:


Gulab jamun is a milk solid dessert  and popular in India

RASGULLA:
Rasgulla is a syrup dessert popular in the state west bengal.

KHOVA
Khova is made  from milk thickened by heating in an open pan it is popular in East godavari , India.

LADDU:
Laddus are made of flour, sugar and other ingredients that vary by recipe

I want to share the process of one sweet among these.

KHOVA RECIPE -
Switch on the stove and take one pan. The pan has to be thick bottomed and deep too, so the milk does not fall out. Take any amount of milk and boil milk until it gets reduced on its own and on low flame .
Once the milk is boiled add sugar to taste and then you have to stir the milk until it became thick.
Once it became thick you can switch off the stove and take the recipe into plate and mould the recipe into shape as you wish to.
you can add dry fruits if you like to have.
